(January 4, 2019, 12:53 am)All of the staff we encountered are all amazing, they provided excellent professional care, were kind, caring and considerate. They went above and beyond to save our dog and we have never felt pressured to do costly or unnecessary tests. Costs have been more than reasonable. I would not hesitate to go there with every future pet. We appreciate them so much.
(December 30, 2018, 3:45 am)The staff are friendly and really love animals. When you're a new client, they put out a welcome sign for your pet. Prices of exams and shots are reasonable and the vets are great
(May 3, 2018, 8:41 pm)The staff are quick, knowledgeable and friendly. However, they are definitely overpriced. I'd say if you need a same day experience then this is a good place, otherwise, due to the prices, Ill keep looking around London and update you as I find them.
