Always seems to be able to fit us in, love the hours. Very friendly staff and always takes the time to explain everything highly recommended.
I've taken all 3 of my cats here for everything, friendly staff are always able to answer questions and get you in as soon as possible. I recently lost my male cat and I would like to thank the staff for being so helpful I was such a mess but they really comforted me when it came time to make a very hard decision.
Dr P is truely an amazing vet. Highly recommend
Great place, knowledgeable friendly informative accessible staff and doctor. Clean facility, open Sunday. They treated my cat very well and saved his life. It was a costly emergency but reasonable under the circumstances. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my cat here at all. I’m very grateful to them.
Last night, shortly after 7, my very distressed (suffocating) dog was turned away by London North Animal Hospital with a crushingly insensitive “we’re busy”.
I was forced to google the emergency vet, as I’d never been there before.
White Oaks Animal Hospital was the first on the list and through my tears I assumed it was the EV listing.
I was hysterical when the lovely receptionist answered. She quickly spoke to the Dr and invited me to bring my little guy in right away...even though I’m not a client. She did ask if I could be there within 10 minutes. I couldn’t because I was on the opposite side of town, but she was ok with that.
It wasn’t until I arrived and saw a freshly sanitized lobby that I realized they were closed and probably not the EV. When I asked, they smiled when they said no.
The Assistant (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) and Dr. Parmar were swift, professional and compassionate.
My little guy collapsed in the office and needed to be euthanized. I was allowed to be at his side for his final moments, which I think, helped Ollie as much as me.
I am so very grateful for this team!
Thank you for going the extra mile for me and my baby.
