George Lucas helped my Mum and I navigate any concerns or requests I had, and he was very responsive when we spoke over email and phone! I would recommend contacting him when it's time to find a new sofa. Covid has significantly slowed down the delivery time for custom-made sofas (not always showroom pieces). George was understanding and took the time to explain exactly why the wait time was increased, which we appreciated.
