“I like my doctor, but the receptionist I met wasn't exactly the friendly type. I went there for my appointment in the afternoon, and I was the only patient at that moment. I didn't realize I needed to take a number and wait to be called to register myself or to rebook another appointment with my doc. I went up there when she was available, she told me to take the number and wait to get called next time. No magic words like 'please, thank you' were used in her request. Her tone to me was a bit condescending like a parent/teacher disciplines kids. I would expect a very helpful and compassionate person to take the reception job at a medical centre. That seems more appropriate and professional.”

“All the staff members were very friendly and capable of answering any questions I had. I was informed of what to expect, along with roughly how long each step of the process would take, and the individual charges broken down. Donna, the manager, was very thorough in explaining how my wisdom teeth extraction would go, along with the associated risks, and what to do before, during, and after the extraction. She would stop every few minutes to make sure I understood everything and answered any questions that I had at that time. She stated that she would have to check with the extraction dentist and determine the cost of the operation, depending on the individual risk of each tooth removed. The email with the cost estimate was received a few hours after I left. Will update with how the operation went if/when it happens.”
