“I have been training with Juan for the past 7 months. I was referred to him by my sister and brother-in-law, who both had great experiences with him. He is very knowledgeable and has a good understanding of how the body works. He was able to create a modified program around a past injury. I train twice a week and have seen great progress! He has a good variety of equipment and his gym is kept very clean. Juan’s very flexible with his hours and I appreciate being able to meet early, which is best for my schedule. He even has a bathroom for me to get ready in afterwards for work. Overall, Juan is an amazing trainer! He’s great to work and chat with and encourages without being too “pushy.” I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a personal trainer to meet their goals.”

“I can't speak for all wings of the hospital but I have been to the emergency here several times in the past 15 years and the nurses, doctors, and staff in general are always extremely kind, professional and overall wonderful and amazing human beings. I always feel well taken care of and sadly there are those entitled patients who think its ok to bash and cuss at the staff who are trying to help them. I was there today getting my lungs looked at and while waiting inside I could see the staff all dedicated and working hard to help everyone using all resources at their disposal. They are so patient and incredible to everyone and I feel very comfortable each time I have visited. Thank you to the amazing staff for being this way and know that you aren't taken for granted.”
