I had the privilege of dealing with Yarah at Costco (Wonderland Rd, London Ontario) during their biggest sale of the year. I cannot say enough about the amazing service I received. Yarah went out of her way to ensure I received exactly what I wanted as efficiently as possible. It is very hard to find this type of customer service particularly form a wireless company. Any company should feel honored to have Yarah on their team.

Despite the long lines (which was totally expected due to Black Friday deals and COVID related reduced staff), we were super well serviced, the whole staff is friendly, polite and respectful. Shout out to Meagan and her AMAZING service both times she helped us, finding great deals and solved everything super fast!
