We had Ismail (Sam) and his team install hardwood, tile, and vinyl floors. He is patient, meticulous, and does beautiful clean work. Genti & Hani offered a lot of knowledge behind each product, and steered me in the right direction. A reno comes with many moving parts and sometimes things are missed. A minor hiccup arose and Sam & Hani were quick to rectify it professionally and efficiently!”

“I have to apologize for writing this review so late, but we get busy with life and stuff gets put off, however I could never let this one go unnoticed. Sloan, was the most professional, responsible and reliable company I have ever dealt with in my over 36 years in Canada. A kitchen counter top renovation, turned into probably a nightmare for them, as things kept happening, so much so that I was feeling so sorry for them, I really did. But the end result was amazing, they owned up to everything, and got themselves an incredibly satisfied customer that will refer them in a hart beat. My experience, for them was also a learning experience, and I am certain that they learned from it, and correct what they need to correct, and move on to greater things. Everyone I dealt with from Owner himself, through Sales Staff, Installers and even the Service Manager, were incredible professionals. We are so happy with the end result, if I could give them 10 stars I would.”

“This new HomeSense is exactly what the south end of London needed! A very spacious and welcoming store. They were starting to bring out their Thanksgiving/Fall inventory when I was there today. It's clean, organized and very well stocked. I loved the book selection that they had. They also had some beautiful bigger furniture items.The clearance shelves were full and very organized. Tons of inventory to shop through. Hats off to the team here. An absolutely fabulous store and great customer service!”

“Its the Best Buy you should go to in London. Quite knowledgeable staff, which is definitely not true of most Best Buy locations. Service is passable, it could vary. If you like it a little less busy too, so you'd have more freedom to shop and decide, then this should be the branch of choice. Big, stocked, quite difficult for commuters. Overall, a more than okay Electronic Store”
