“This place is awesome for a mini getaway. We brought our 11 yo daughter and her friend. We all had a blast in the pool area. There are also a lot of cool places to visit nearby, like The Factory, Rolli Polli (rolled ice cream), and White Oaks mall. One note is that if you book an atrium room and are planning to be able to walk out into the pool area, you will have to specify that. Otherwise, you will be able to see it from a balcony but will still have to go through the halls to get to the pool.”

Genti & Hani offered a lot of knowledge behind each product, and steered me in the right direction. A reno comes with many moving parts and sometimes things are missed. “Almost $30 for 6 cookies when tax was added. At that price the expectations are set very high. Unfortunately they fell short of the mark. The cookies were extremely sweet. Of course you expect a cookie to be sweet but it was overwhelming. When you are dealing with sweet flavours to begin with they don’t need added over the top sweetness. It also seems as though they use the same base batter for each cookie flavour. The best that we tried was the Reese’s cookie, the worst was birthday cake. Overall a bit disappointing.”

Sloan, was the most professional, responsible and reliable company I have ever dealt with in my over 36 years in Canada. A kitchen counter top renovation, turned into probably a nightmare for them, as things kept happening, so much so that I was feeling so sorry for them, I really did. But the end result was amazing, they owned up to everything, and got themselves an incredibly satisfied customer that will refer them in a hart beat. My experience, for them was also a learning experience, and I am certain that they learned from it, and correct what they need to correct, and move on to greater things. Everyone I dealt with from Owner himself, through Sales Staff, Installers and even the Service Manager, were incredible professionals. We are so happy with the end result, if I could give them 10 stars I would.”
