“Just before close, a kind gentleman saved the night. Our regular store closed early and we were low on Puppy Food, while not able to provide us with our usual kibble they gifted us a small bag of a comparable kibble and sister brand to our usual to top off his meal for the night until we could get to our regular location during opening hours. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Might just have to switch stores with the care provided here, worth the extra drive.”

“I like this vendor because they sell No Mess birdseed in 20 and 50 lb bags ... they have a terrific selection of bird-loving stuff, and the staff is both friendly and knowledgeable - two of my favourite reasons for choosing to shop at a particular store. They might be a tad more expensive than a big box store, but their selection is vastly superior and the personal attention you get there is worth the few extra pennies, in my opinion. “I stopped in here today for the first time after walking by it daily for years on my way to Starbucks. I was greeted by two wonderful ladies & a sleepy little dog. I was really happy with my entire experience ce here and will absolutely by making more visits here. Here are some pros: - Pets are allowed inside - Good selection of products - Offer products at different price points - Very big and clean dog washing station in the back of the store - Very clean - Fully stocked & well organized - Staff are friendly, knowledgeable & professional - Good selection of dog treats - Except pet food donations For me the best part of my experience was the customer service I received. As a new pet owner I had many questions that were all answered by the friendly staff. I was shown multiple products at different price points and never felt like I was being rushed. I have found in the past that store associates are not always willing (for whatever reason) to commit time to answering questions at length or helping find and retrieve products. When I asked about the ingredients in a specific product the associate actually read them out to me without me having to ask her. As someone with a slight visual impairment it is impossible for me to read small print so I appreciated this very small and meaningless act more than she would know. Highly recommend.”
