Called ahead for a late arrival, Nolan made sure to be there to receive me and my family a week late. Concierge carried our luggage and my 14 year old son to the top floor, while also assisting me (currently recovering from a broken foot, HAHA!!).
Nothing better than getting away form the old ball and chain.
