“Mary is an awesome hostess. She and Dave welcomed us to their home. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Mary was very accommodating to my quite rigid dietary requirements and went out of her way to make sure my breakfast was yummy and within my diet. Doors are still squeaky, but it is the age of the house and charming. We didn't know it was a shared bath until arrival, but that was no problem. Locks out the outside of the room doors would be nice to have. Price was excellent, food great, and hosts lots of fun.”

“Lovely little Hotel. We went with our sons baseball team and enjoyed the pool and the bbq patio in the back was great. The staff from the cleaning to front desk receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, although hotel had a funny old smell and the front of the hotel is under construction. Overall it was a fun stay for all of our families.”

“Great service, the owner is very nice. We stayed in room 4 it had lots of room. Separate room with a bed, cable TV in the other room a stove, microwave, mini fridge and sink. Washroom was clean and good water pressure. Would definitely come back. Thank you for hospitality.”

I wanted to make sure it was in good working order did all my testing in their lobby, thanks again, My husband and our pet have stayed at this location. Rooms adequate, great grounds for the doggie to run leash free behind. Also good restaurants near by in Simcoe.”
