Coach Mike listened to every request I had regarding areas of physical fitness I wanted the girls to improve on as well as my main request of keeping the program simple to follow. Not only was there an excellent focus on improving the girls' physically, but Mike also recommended some simple breathing and sleeping tips that have been tremendously beneficial.
