“We met Jennifer after requesting her as our officiant. You cannot help but love Jennifer, due to her sense of humor and big heart we knew that we wanted her to perform our wedding ceremony. We later found out that her and her husband Anthony run Entertainment Source and they have everything you need to run any wedding or event. Including a food truck, washroom trailer and everything in between. When they dropped off their washroom trailer things were not operating perfectly, however one call to Jennifer and Anthony and everything was in place to get it running, no questions asked and in perfect timing for our big day. I wanted to send another huge shout out to our DJ and MC Alex. He was the reason our night ran so smoothly. He kept everything on track (even with some extra last minute requests from the bride, hehe), we cannot thank you enough for that and your great music choices. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was not easy, with a few hiccups here and there. Our day was absolutely perfect and we cannot thank Entertainment Source enough for everything. xo Ariah & Eric”

“Thanks to the Covid-19 Pandemic I have yet to be able to enjoy an event at Humble Beginnings. That said I have had the opportunity to work with the owners both as a beverage vendor and as a customer. What really strikes me is Anthony and his crew always do exactly what they say they are going to do. Orders come in and get paid for on time, which can be rare in this industry. As a customer we bought a few tents from Anthony to extend our patio season, he went above and beyond personally delivering our tents and teaching everything we needed to know about installation, care and maintenance. We are proud to work with Humble Beginnings and look forward to working with them for years to come.”

“Wonderful resort, very clean and cozy. The cottages have everything you need, including dressers and extra hooks in the bedrooms, and sufficient towel racks in the bathroom. They also provide you with drinking water, which is an extra bonus. There is no beach, but we still went for a swim from the dock. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a great weekend there, and will come again for sure!”

“I was told that my 10 year old Central A/C system in my business(which is in a renovated barn without windows) and kept failing, would need replacing with a new system and that the plenum on the furnace would have to be rebuilt to accommodate the new larger air exchanger...I started looking for options. I spoke with Ken and the next day he came down with Mike to assess the situation. A couple of days later the doorbell rang and Mike and Luke were already at it. 15 minutes later the system was back up and running, and I mean FIXED! So I thought I'd take a chance on the house. The A/C there hasn't been operational for over 15 years. Today, Luke and Luke showed up discovered a chewed electrical cable, fixed it , powered it up and were as delighted as we were, and showed it which was touching, that the system still worked perfectly!! So they cleaned everything up, and put the system through it's paces. They noticed that the thermostat was old and not accurate at all and replaced it with a new one at a minimal cost. Then they came over to the studio where I was working to let me know that both systems were working perfectly. Smiles all around! Very friendly, informative and polite young men all around! I'd give them 6 stars if I could.”

“This was my first cottage trip. I'm happy I chose this spot. I stayed in the main house. This was an amazing place to stay at. With a hot tub, sauna, and pool table it was a very fun and relaxing atmosphere. We loved that there was a fenced yard for the dogs to run around leash free. I will most likely stay here again if I can find a date available to book. I felt very comfortable. the wifi was great, the sunset was beautiful, and at night you can see the stars and hear the wildlife. It was a great experience.”
