“I got Ian to come in a fix a sewage pump in my basement which was installed incorrectly on my rice lake cottage. Not only did he fix the sewage pump but he also fixed all the discharge piping the vents, and installed check valve, ball valve and insure the washing machine has its own separate P trap. He went above and beyond and was extremely professional. He even wore shoe guards. 100% there is no other plumber I'd rather call. He does his work to code so you can be assured it's done right. We had a case where we were looking for a quiet unit due to it being very near to our deck and being just outside an interior area that we wanted to be very quiet. We were also looking for an efficient unit. Mike recommended the perfect unit and took many steps in the installation to make sure the unit was operating quietly and also didn't transfer sound through the wall. They also carefully considered the routing of lines and cables inside the house to minimize any impact in the future if we decide to finish that area of the basement and even detected a deficiency in our ducting and repaired it.
