“I dont usually post reviews but i just had to rave about my experience here the other day. First of all the space is so lovely- clean, comfortable and welcoming. The new owners really thought of everything when renovating! Also, not far from some solid spots to grab a cup of coffee and a snack while you wait! The machines are all brand new and loads were super reasonably priced. I noticed that they have a 24hr security system too, which just made me feel extra safe, something to keep in mind if i needed to come later in the evening. This will absolutely be my new neighbourhood go to!”

“Repeating here what I spontaneously did say the day of the installation ( on Google ). We were well seved. Professionally, so amicably, so proficiently. We are absolutely elated with the quality of service and thank you for it. We're talking here about a professional by the name of Dan, who had to compose with a fixed overture in a travestine top , not exactly fitting the closest measurement of sink available on the market. 2 pics attached, one showing the oval fixed opening and the second showing how the undermount sink was secured UNDER the travestine counter top.”

“We had a wonderful time here. The service was excellent. The oysters are the best quality I've had in Ottawa, with the fresh horseradish too! We really appreciated them changing the wine out for us, we didn't like it. And it was my fault, I said it was okay so they poured the glasses and then we realized we really didn't like it. We had a fantastic dinner here and left super happy.”

“Consistent quality and service. We have been to the other Daldongnae restaurants in Toronto and Mississauga area. This one in Ottawa is as good as the others we have visited in terms of food quality and service. Our servers were polite and prompt taking care of us. There is limited parking behind the restaurant. Otherwise there are plenty street parking options nearby.”

“Unmarked grey door to the right of the front door of the restaurant. Great size rooms for any group. Private rooms with thick doors so you can’t hear the people in the other rooms and they can’t hear you. Huge book full of songs, half in Korean and half English. Book is organized by song title. Hilarious Kpop video will play instead of the music video for the song you chose. 10/10 good time. Full bar and food available for purchase.”

“We were a group of 3 and ordered the chicken corn soup which tasted great, sizzling black pepper beef steak with good portions of steak, spicy garnished chicken which had generous portions of fried as well as shredded chicken with sugar snap peas, vegetable fried rice, and chicken wings which were crispy and juicy at the same time! Overall, food was decent and tasted food. I felt it lacked a bit of flavor and would have done better with a few dashes of sauce & salt. Service was fast and friendly. I would visit again to try more of the menu items.”

“Came here to celebrate my mom’s birthday. A few things to note: 1. Food was fantastic; we got a variety of dishes (see photos) such as: general Tao chicken, crispy beef, chicken with black bean sauce, spicy ginger chicken, fried noodle with vegetables (no picture), spring rolls and chicken with corn soup (no picture). Every single dish was a hit with the group. 2. Our waitress was a gem! The place was quite busy and she was the only server; we over heard her tell another table they the other server called in sick last minute and therefore she was alone. With this ordeal, she was so pleasant with a smile on her face and just extremely personable. 3. The atmosphere is cozy … a little tight as it’s a small restaurant but cozy”
