I wanted something firmer than the mattress I have at home but didn’t want to pay too much as it was for the cottage. I bought the firmest of a certain brand. After a few weekends of use we realized it was way too hard. They honoured the 90day guarantee hassle free! Of course the new mattress was more expensive but well worth it.
