Great guys working at outdoor power equipment section as well as Pat - the manager. Had a Snow Blower put aside and then taken by a customer even though it had my name on it.. The guys went out of their way to find a replacement and gave me a discount. Great team!

Excellent staff. I don't usually write reviews but felt the need after this. I went in looking for a specific item and couldn't find it. A staff member in the electrical unit (didn't catch his name but very friendly) spotted me and asked if I needed help. He showed me where to find the item. Mitch from cash 1 also helped me cut the purchased PVC pipe so that it would fit into my car. He didn't have to but went out of his way to cut the pipe into the dimensions I needed. Just earlier that day I was at Home Depot looking for the same exact item, walked around the store for an hour and no approached me to offer help. I really appreciate your team's help, makes shopping a lot easier. Thank you!

So now we have to drive all the way to Orleans.
The staff we encountered were super friendly. Two gentlemen were super helpful and were happy to see us out-of-towners.?
However, our cashier, who was super polite and nice seemed sad. I hope she's okay ?

Just average. Better stock than the Orange store, but their covid protocols and protection is poor. Little cleaning, no tap-to-pay. The protection screens at the cash looks like a hack job. It looks like the boss said "here is 100 bucks, make the entire store covid ready". No bags were in the entire hardware aisle so you cannot gather the bolts and screws you need. Lowe's... You are slipping down...

Went in to get a back support belt.
Couple staff helped my find them, they were very helpful and friendly.
Belt was a good price and great quality.
