The Dale by Brigil

An outstanding building in a great location. We moved into an spacious two bedroom suite that is well laid out and modern with incredible views. We absolutely love the amenities this building has to offer starting with the rooftop terrace and piano bar lounge. Art can be found everywhere. There is an indoor garden, gym, yoga room, spacious party room, pool table and our favourite, the outdoor third floor terrace with heated pool and fireplace which we used until November. The location of this building is an amenity in itself. We love walking over to the Parkdale Market and shopping in the neighbourhood. The Brigil staff and concierge are incredible and make us feel like we are living in a 5 star boutique hotel. We can't wait for the adjoining cafe and bistro to open soon. Brigil has done an outstanding job with this unique build and experience and we are so thrilled to be part of it.

I love my new condo! The Dale is a masterfully designed condominium with beautiful amenities and excellent service on all fronts. Not to mention, every view is absolutely breathtaking!

Lisa McClain, the Brigil Consulting Representative who worked with me, went above and beyond (and continues to do so!) in all of our interactions and made this moving experience a true pleasure. She really takes the time to get to know her clients and makes every effort to ensure everyone is happy. Lisa, thank you for all that you do!

Love this place! The views of the river during sunset are spectacular! My morning and evening walks are glorious. The common areas are great for lounging or hosting friends. We found the rental staff very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Thanks Lynn!!

We stayed with a friend. Her suite was beautiful. Swam in the pool,loved it. All the staff were warm and friendly. The common areas were clean and inviting. We are thinking of moving in. Location, views and parking were great.

My experience with The Dale staff, particularly Lyn and Maddie, has been amazing. Because of my employer there were many "hoops" to jump through to get the lease finalized and the Brigil team was very helpful and promptly worked to solve any issues.

My apartment and the amenities are wonderful and provide saving for gym and yoga classes.

The ongoing construction while obviously not the best situation was known when I signed the lease and has caused me very little concern.

Bottom line: awesome location, awesome building, and awesome staff.

I've had a very positive experience moving into The Dale. The building itself is gorgeous with beautiful views and is pet friendly! The people that live in the building itself are also very nice. Madeleine was lovely to work with in finding the right suite for me and making sure i had everything i needed in order to move in smoothly. Any issues I had upon moving in she made sure were taken care of right away. It was also comforting to know that someone was there looking out for me. The building is still under-construction with a second tower on the way so if you don't mind a little noise during the day, I would recommend moving here 100%.
