We moved to Ottawa move during a pandemic lock-down (this was not part of the plan when we started). The playbook was different, no childcare, one person in a home at a time, masks, gloves, sanitizer, very few homes for sale. Through all of this Jeremy was optimistic, organized and efficient. He had patience for our questions as both newbies to buying a home and the Ottawa area. For the houses that sold in the time we were looking, I noticed that Jeremy's track record for predicting what a home would sell for was perfectly calibrated-- you can trust his estimates when setting a price.
