I went on a Saturday morning expecting a very long wait. I tried to get there shortly before opening but didn’t manage it and arrived around 7:10. Online check in was disabled due to volume. There were 30-35 people already inside waiting when I arrived.
I got checked in and sat down. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I received a text saying I’d been registered and that the estimated wait was 76 minutes. I would have been happy with that given that I chose to come on a weekend and didn’t show up early. But I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The staff worked quickly and efficiently and were wonderfully pleasant. I’m really impressed.
Show up with something to keep occupied and reasonable expectations and you won’t be disappointed.
It is a wonderful place to do our blood works and ECG test.
On this 2nd day of November 2022 around 9.38 am I went to this clinic. The front desk person is quiet nice and help me to register my blood test request.
Around 11.23 my turn came. One of the pleasant lady called me to come in for the test. Her Name is Mrs. Eugenia, she is so polite, excellent knowledgeable, kind, and very respectable lady. While she was talking with me she took the blood, I did not feel a single pain on my hand.
After that she ask me to go in to the room to do my ECG work. She cleaned up the bed and disinfect the area make sure everything is safe and did my ECG work. She is such a wonderful humanbeen. A big thanks for the great job Mrs. Eugenia.

I arrived at 6:50 am, they opened at 7:00. The waiting room was already full and there was a line outside. Everything moved quickly and I was at work before 8:30. The staff was polite, friendly and professional. Everyone (staff and patients) was masked.
I haven’t been for blood work in years and after reading some reviews here, my expectations were as low as possible given that the only day that works with my schedule is Saturdays. I showed up for opening and the waiting room was already mostly full. There must have been at least 40 people ahead of me. I imagine most people must have arrived around 6am. My registration was seamless and the person who helped me was friendly and welcoming. My only complaint would be how they estimate the waiting time. As I waited my turn and as all the chairs filled up in the waiting room, I overheard others being offered to wait in their vehicles and receive a text message 10 mins prior to their turn because the wait was about an hour. I had been sitting there for an hour and a half. But I was well prepared with some reading material, so I didn’t mind. Once I was called, I met two phlebotomist, which is typical for me and my shy veins. The whole process took just over 2 hours. But if you’re planning for this, your expectations will be satisfied as this is a well run lab considering the volume of people they accept. Keep in mind the world we live in now of staffing issues. Any person dedicated to providing this type of service deserves a gold medal.
