I was really looking for a antibiotic for my children but I couldn't find it anywere. Thanks God ..Barrhaven IDA Pharmacy did provided it for me.The service was great .Highly recomended.

Vijay runs the most professional, helpful and reliable pharmacy service. He is always, and I mean always, ready to help out. He has helped me when I forgot my medications while on holiday in Vegas. He has helped me when prescriptions have zero refills. I have always been able to reach him by phone. We have moved out of town and still come to Barrhaven IDA for all of our medications. I honestly feel like Vijay is part of my family's medical team. I trust him 100% and can always rely on him to give me good advise and excellent service. This is a wonderful pharmacy. The owners and staff are very helpful, pleasant and informative. They are always on top of the prescriptions ordered and reordered and go the extra mile to help you understand instructions and make sure you get your medications on time and as quickly as possible in any manner possible. This pharmacy is the best! Vijay is amazing and went above and beyond to find out why and insurance coverage was not covering a particular drug for me. It was a glitch on information that the company had on file and it he corrected it for me. This was a process and he went above and beyond making my life easier. I had been to previous pharmacies where they had told me that they just would not cover it anymore and I had been paying full price. Vijay took the time to explain things, look into it, and correct it with the company.

The pharmacists and staff here are kind, return calls, and are prompt every and each time. They care.

If I could give it 10 stars I would.
