“The Element is a pretty good concept of a school. It lets students work on whatever they want whenever they want, and gives out great freedom. Students can enrich themselves on whatever they want! Conversely, they lack structure. When issues are presented or if a student reaches out for a solution, they are not always addressed. Furthermore, the school pushes a left-wing mindset on its students. For what it is, the school is good, but do not come in expecting a giant social life; there are very few students. The open concept of the school is also pretty cool.”

“First of all, hard grading system and rigorous academic expectations do not mean it is a bad school. It's where you can expect yourself to be suitably geared up for university. Having spent the last 2 years of high school there, gotta say it's a great place - no bullying, and a serious mindset to both academic and all-round personal development. There's a lot you can extract here even under such a lackluster and painfully unchallenging provincial curriculum. The teachers I've had are always more than happy to build up their students. Expect most of your classmates are not from the school's catchment area but from the inner and outlying suburbs.”
