This is MY paint store. This place has everything from sanding sponges to painters pants, to personalized color studio area to pick the best shade for you. I've been coming here for a long time and the staff is always very courteous and very knowledgeable, I strongly recommend.

Always friendly, courteous and helpful staff at this location. I also like the level of knowledge of all the staff here in regards to their own products which is quite important. I have considered this my home store and reccomend this location to all my friends.

This is one of those corner stone suppliers for my company (Fix It 2 Sell It). I get good prices and great service. The Baseline road location in Ottawa stands out: the manager, Napoleon, is the best I've dealt with in any store. I don't recall any other manager calling me up and asking me of everything was going well, and to inform me of specials.
I get personal service, and never any issues. I love it when I call to place an order, and the person in the phone recognizes me and asks me house I'm doing, etc... I think Napoleon should get promoted into manager training because he truly stands out above the others. Makes me feel guilty when I buy paint elsewhere. :-D
