“A family member required emergency service last Fall on a Saturday morning after having dropped her denture in the sink and breaking in 2. I called several locations that claimed to provide weekend and or emergency services however only Caner responded to my message under 30 mins and offered a same day appointment and a same day repair. I cannot overstate the manner in which Caner presented both professionally and with genuine kindness and patience. “My Mum was there from March 2017 until March 2018, when she passed away. I couldn't have asked for a better place for her to be for her last year. The staff are so caring and treat their residents as almost family. Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with swiftly and professionally. The chef there prepares a variety of good homemade dishes. There is always some sort of activity going on throughout each day. There is even an on-site physiotherapy company which Mum had personal contact with and were a great help to her post-stroke. Don't judge a book by its cover. Although, for those of us who grew up in Ottawa, it still has the appearance of the Embassy West Hotel, in the end, what is most important is to find somewhere for your loved one where you can go to sleep at night knowing that there is caring watchful eye being kept on them. It doesn't matter if there aren't fancy decorations. It matters that your loved one is being cared for with love and compassion.”
