(October 29, 2018, 10:18 pm)I absolutely love my experience at this this location! I get the best service possible. Alisha has been the biggest help! My boyfriend and I just bought a new house and she's been unbelievably helpful with picking items, giving suggestions and making us feel like we're dealing with a friend and not a stranger just trying to make us spend all of our money on things we don't need. She's been honest the whole way and I would recommend her to my closest friends and family members! It's rare you find genuine service like this. Thank you so much Alisha for everything!!!
(October 26, 2018, 7:13 pm)We used to be customers for the Brick for a long time. So far, the staff is great in general. During the most recent three visits, the last one was today, we have been helped by many people, especially Stella. She is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. She is the one we go to whenever we have been at the Brick.
The only thing I don't like about the Brick is their return policy. They don't refund you if the items were delivered to your home. The best thing they can do is that they allow you to use your money toward another purchase. The customers should be aware of this. In spite of that, I would give 5 stars.

The Brick had a t... The Brick had a three hour sale on a Saturday. Upon entering the store the sales people were helpful. Especially Rima who was very friendly quick and efficient. That is where the good service started and ended. After our purchase the customer service plummeted.
