Store associate (who hadn't even clocked in yet) started the search in multiple locations to find it and did not give up until he did. Then he went to get an appropriate cart to load the box that would make it easier to load into my van. He then made sure another associate came to help me load the 200lb box into my van. Great service.”

“I've had it hit and miss with the staff here. Some of the staff are extremely helpful, others simply rude. To the helpful ones, rock on & thanks! To the others, you need to learn to leave your bad feelings behind when you come to work. It's a hard skill to master, but its important when dealing in customer service. I'm not saying you need to accept attitude from the clients, I'd want to give it right back to them if they gave me attitude, but simply treat every person as a new opportunity to help and connect.
