“Hands down best gym I have ever been to. It is small and usually quiet. You can always use the weights and there will always be a machine available. Once you get to know the people who attend you know when everyone will be there. Other gym members are always willing to teach and to help out if you show interest. Curd, the owner is always super helpful if he can be (when he's not busy doing paperwork) and even when he can't help he offers words of encouragement. I've never been anywhere where the atmosphere feels like a family. There is always someone you can call on.”

They used runner carpets to prevent tracking snow and mud, and they even helped disassemble a challenging treadmill to move it to the basement. The only disappointment is that I did not get my promised $100 CAA dollars.”
