(June 29, 2019, 2:58 pm)Unfortunately, the experience I had in Home Depot Kanata over the past 2 days was one of the worst ever. Home Depot is the best when it comes to prices and material, but extremely bad when it comes to in-store customer service, where many of them were so non-friendly and have no temper at all and most importantly not caring.
I'm really sorry for having to say this after years dealing with this location, but the last 2 times were horrible and there are certain persons inside this location I'll never deal with again.
(April 23, 2019, 4:51 pm)Went into the Kanata Home depot to get all new light fixtures for our home and was greeted by Mark in the electrical department. He was so kind and even went searing high and low for the best price and light bulbs to suit the fixtures we were going with! He was so kind and really knew his stuff! Associates like him should be recognized for his hard work and patience. Awesome job Mark!
