“I am providing a review for Colin, the technician who was here to assess the problem with the fan in the furnace. Colin was professional, helpful, understanding and obviously very knowledgeable of the business. Thankfully, he was able to repair our fan and we are now able to enjoy air conditioning again in this very hot weather. With a child under 3 and an elderly parent, he did his utmost to help resolve the issue. He informed us on how to inquire about a new furnace and air conditioner in the near future. In the meantime, we are in working order, thanks to Colin! who fixed it instead of only suggesting a new furnace at this time. “My family has just moved to new house. So, my wife and I tried to connect a new refrigerator water & ice dispenser and a dishwasher by ourselves because we thought that we could do that by ourselves, simply follow YouTube videos. But that was tougher than we thought and made us give up even though we bought new hand drill kit to cut a hole in the countertop for the pipe and connect it for a dishwasher. So, in the end we called John the Plumber. Jonathan came and did a great job installing my new refrigerator. Finally, he screwed into the panel to attach the dishwasher and leveled it properly. He, with a British accent, was very friendly and well-spoken. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. In addition, he replaced a new shower faucet in compliance with our request because we are not strong to remove original one. We are extremely satisfied with his professional service.
