There is nothing more daunting then a medical clinic after you've suffered a life changing injury. I cannot explain how much further from the truth this is of HW. The front desk staff know you by name and treat you as if you were family from the moment you walk in. My physiotherapist (Cathy), whom I had never met before my injury, was and continues to be my favorite person to see throughout this experience and always leaves me feeling more positive and hopeful about my eventual recovery. Not to mention the extent of her knowledge on the subject and personalized and well tailored 'homework' exercises matched to my abilities and personality style.
