“Cheap good food while you wait for your spouse to shop or checkout. Husband or boyfriend zone. When you leave you regret that you didn't go with your spouse when you see the receipt. It's a distraction area to those who are trying to keep a budget not realizing while they're eating that 75 cent hot dog your spouse has 700$ in her cart, also it's great to keep the kids busy while your spouse shops, but in the end you'll regret being the one who stayed with the kid n not shopping yourself. But if you bring your kid shopping it'll fill the cart faster as the kids will be yelling I want, I want, I want, so you never win.”

Something as simple as oil change takes almost 3 hours - EVERY time I’m there all i see are cars parked on the shop floor, but NO ONE working on them...is there only ONE mechanic in there..!?”

“This Costco has the widest selection of goods in store, of any Costco in Ontario. It has opened within the last two years, so it is clean and well lit. Management have dealt with any issues in an expedient manner. Lots of samples to try at any given time and even when it is crazy busy, the cash out lines always go quickly. Added bonus, this location has a gas bar, and it has three pumps per island, with ample space to pull through.”

“I brought in a coat I had purchased from The Bay just after Christmas. The zipper was finicky and kept separating at the bottom. I contacted the manager, Jennifer Day, and asked if they would honour my purchase and repair the zipper. She said of course! I took the coat in yesterday and they immediately reimbursed me for a new zipper. I'm so glad to see such great personal service and care of customers in this day and age. Don't online shop....go to the store! There's better care there! Thank you, Jennifer and the staff at The Bay in Bayshore. Great job!!!”
