“I brought back a pair of my wife's pants with the tags still on them past the return deadline because they had dark lines in fabric. Sarah reassured me but they were strictly creases & would come out with a little bit of wear and a couple of washes. She showed me another pair in-store having similar lines and offered to take the pants back in the future if the lines would not wash out. She even spoke to my wife by phone to explain the situation. She was very courteous and helpful. We will be back!”

“I went in with my mother and my two sisters (along with my younger sisters two friends) this past Saturday and honestly it was the best service I've ever gotten at a shoe store. The store was some what busy, but as soon as we walked in there, we were greeted and helped by three sweet women who made our experience memorable. We had SO much fun. Which sounds silly, but we had just gone into Aldo and I had been so disappointed that the shoes I liked didn't fit my legs- so walking in here I was expecting the same thing. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection and the products were pretty great. But we were all goofing off, joking around, laughing as we tried shoes on and the staff were so helpful! I left happily with a sexy pair of black knee high boots, and ordered the same pair- different color- to my house, which by the way, was free shipping, with the sale price! My mom bought two pairs, and my younger sister bought a pair. Overall great experience, and I really hope to see those women again when I decide I want more shoes! (:”
