“Taylor and his team completed a very large project at our house including redoing mortar for all above grade foundations, fixing and replacing several areas with brick, and complete above roof rebuild of our chimney. Unfortunately the scope grew as we encountered more items but they took the work on and finished within a timely manner. Very pleased with the workmanship - job well done! “I moved to a new home surrounded by cedar hedges. Never having had to look after trees before, I wasn't sure what to do. I only knew that compared to some in the neighbourhood, they needed help! I saw the sign and number on the truck where Best Green Hedges were working on a property around the corner from me and left a message. My call was returned immediately with a request to fill out the on-line form for a free estimate. I was advised that it was a busy time of the year but that an estimator would arrive within the next couple of days and the job could be performed within the next couple of weeks. I was notified every step of the way by an email. Colin arrived the very next day to give me an awesome quote (comparing with what my friends had paid with other companies) and an abundance of information about the trees I would have to look after. The crew arrived in 2 days and did a fantastic job as well as clean-up of the clippings. We couldn't believe the transformation. The crew were professional, polite and very knowledgeable promising not to hold the 2 bees' nests against me! I was very happy to hear that I would not have to wonder when I should next have my trees trimmed - the company would get in touch with me, with a reminder. I am very proud of my trees and happy to leave their care in the hands of Best Green Hedges!”

A great new design was drawn up by Tasha that was not only nice to look at, but very functional. The team, Kevin, Kyle, Travis and Scott tackled the project. They worked diligently with respect and professionalism. Jim was always around for the numerous answers we needed. Andrew did a superb job on the cabinets. “Full disclosure: I haven't actually used this service. But if you look at the other reviews, they look like a sour competitor bought negative reviews for this company. All the reviews happened at the same time. If you look at the users that reviewed, their reviews are all over the place - Gatineau, Montreal, etc. It's unlikely they also used a Masonry guy from this part of town, left a review and no comment, all in the same month. Take the negative reviews with a very large grain of salt! It looks like bot reviews.”

“Purchased a Cantley style home and moved in 20 Dec 2019, missed original move in date by 30 days. Terrible communication from head office, which needs improvement. As Parkview requested all communication to them via email only, at times, we sent 2-3 emails for each deficiency on 80% of our requests. There was no planning from the electrician on placing the electrical outlets. We paid extra for a bathroom "rough in" in the basement, and noticed, the 12 extra outlets we paid for, not one electric outlet was placed around the basement washroom rough in. Overall pleased with new build, and outstanding service from employees involved with repairs and finishes after we moved in.”

“We had Country Home Exteriors come to install eavestrophing for our new home (along with our adjoining neighbour) here in Stittsville. My wife and I could not be more happy with the result. We smiled ear to ear as we watched the subsequent rainfall water hit the roof to be guided by our newly installed eavestroughs away from the house. The two fellows who installed the eavestrophs were prompt, professional, and courteous. They went about their tasks showing confidence and competence. When asked about some of the aspects of what they were doing, they provided a good answer to help educate us more. We particularly appreciate that installing eavestrophs is a skill; a learned skill that fewer tradesmen have these days. To hand-cut all of the corners (not unlike dovetailing in carpentry) takes time and they did it well. We are very, very happy with the result. We highly recommend Country Home Exteriors to anyone looking for professional service at a great price.”
