During a holiday open house, one of the staff explained to me the qualities of percale sheets and said she'd given her parents a set for their 50th anniversary. Years later, I decided to do the same for our anniversary and also ordered a luxurious set of towels. When I picked up my order, the packages were exquisitely gift wrapped and the staff helped carry them through the snow to my car. “I walked 7km in 38 degree Celsius heat today (what can I say, I'm an avid grower...) and the staff was laid back, welcoming and knowledgeable, and the merchandise fairly priced and cool as f##k... Every sweaty step of those 7km were worth it to see how cool "Crosstown Traffic" truly is! I've been in Ottawa 20a and I'm ashamed today was my first (tho NOT last) visit!
