“The service is actually quite good here. Pharmacy, in particular, takes very good care of my dad, a senior citizen. The reason I'm getting it three stars is because I was in today and decided I needed not only to pick up the medications for my dad, but to see if they had any face masks available. They did. They were charging $2 per basic face mask. It seemed expensive, but I didn't have time to shop around. I looked online when I got home and noticed that it should cost less than a dollar, pretty much anywhere else in Ottawa. That to me, appears to show that this location is gouging people for face masks. I was comparing apples to apples and a box of 50 face masks at Walmart was $38. Less than a dollar each. I certainly hope this was a mistake, although I I'm pretty sure the pharmacist was quite clear about the cost. But, hopefully they will address this immediately and not take advantage of people who simply want to do their part to help flatten the curve.”

“I recently injured myself during the COVID pandemic. I started doing physio with another clinic (1 month virtual and over 15 in house sessions). At the end, although i was feeling better, i wasn't great. During this time i started exercising a lot and eating better, making me feel like i was getting better due to what i was doing opposed to the physio, even though the pain was roughly still there. In the past couple of week the pain came back very hard, therefore i decided to get a second opinion. I looked up some companies and found Bellefleur. I was quickly scheduled and paired with Natasha & Sophie. They diagnosed the injury to a different part of my body. They provided me new stretches, i am now just at session 2, and i feel great. I am very optimistic that over the new few weeks i will be hopefully back to somewhat normal. Thank you so much for your hard work to our community. Amazing work.”

“2 weeks ago, I woke up during the night with a big pain on my right hip. The next morning, I had difficulties to walk but it was better walking than staying sit or lay down, so I came to work. I was sure it was my Sciatic Nerve at this point and my doctor taught the same. After 3 days, a colleague of mine forced me to make an appointment with Pam, his own physiotherapist. He got me a quick appointment for the next day, and I saw Pam for the very first time. When she saw me, she promised me that she would not leave me leaving her clinic with the same pain. I was skeptical, of course. She kept me for 2 1/2 hours and gave me 4 different treatments. She also told me that it was not my sciatic nerve - it was a big hip bursitis. The biggest one she ever saw... The next day, I was a bit better. The day after, I was back at 50% and the Sunday, I was back at 90%. I saw my family doctor yesterday and she was amazed about Pam had been able to do for me and she told me to keep her for future reference. Thank you Pam again because that pain was awful for sure...
