“We just came back from there and it is a favorite place of ours. It is gorgeous,great place for kids as the beach is so shallow and the water is nice and warm, and the scenery is spectacular. Everyone is so friendly,, makes you feel at home.. The cottages are equipped with everything you need except linens. Dan and Lynn Barnier are the hosts and are both such great people. Prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend this gem, you will not be disappointed. Would love to add photos but they are on my phone and I am not.”

“Last weekend was the second time my boyfriend and I went to Bear Creek Cottages, this time we decided to make a weekend out of it and stay in the cabins. I cannot recommend Bear Creek enough, their team is so helpful and accommodating. The cabins were very comfortable and cozy, and had great views of the frozen lake. The two days of fishing was great, we were picked up outside our cottage and then dropped right to our hut on the lake. Both days they made sure to check in on us to make sure we were doing okay, and by the second day the walleye were biting! We had a great time, and will be back again soon!”

“A great family friendly place to stay. Cottages are clean and well stocked. A great beach that is shallow and clean and perfect for kids. Lots of non motarized boat optionss (free) and motor boats to rent for fishing. You can fish off dock as well. Our cottage (Pike) was always in shade so slightly damp and a slight scent that could not be fixed. My parents were in Bass cottage and it was perfect with a great view of beach and playground. Only 5 cottages so not alot of people. The owners and their daughters were all very friendly and helpful.”
