“I purchased a couch here recently and everything went smooth, the gentleman at the store who served me was great and very friendly but I wish the good experience continued. My rating does not really reflect the product but is more directed towards the shipping of my couch. I had 2 gentlemen deliver the couch and they really didn’t have much respect for my house or my hardwood floors. They made such a mess that I was offered 50% back on my delivery charges... I guess this will do but I really didn’t appreciate the time I had spend cleaning my floors. With all said and done.... I do love the new couch :)”
