“I absolutely love this studio! The teachers are all so welcoming and kind, they really create a great community to practice yoga with. Definitely give this hot yoga a try, it's different than any other I've been to (I've gone to Moksha and Bikram studios and gym membership yoga classes before). “I'm not a regular member, and I've only done the on boarding classes with Coach DJ and 1 drop-in class (with Coach Lindsay) so far. but the staff remember me and are always happy to see me and very welcoming. They encourage and help you achieve your goals, no matter who you are. The workout area is kept immaculately clean. Equipment is top notch. Some of the bumpers have seen better days, and could use replacing but not really an issue. If I could, i'd be a regular here, however, unfortunately, my schedule doesn't permit. But just from doing the On Boarding and one drop in class, I've experienced improvements in my technique and fitness, which has allowed me to make big strides towards my goals. I can only imagine if I were to be a regular! I'd have to set even larger goals! My only other issue is, there aren't any real change rooms or showers, but that's not a deal breaker either. You're there to improve your fitness. Anything else is a bonus. Hope to drop in again sometime soon! Keep up the awesome work!”

She works well with me, knows when I am hurting, and is so pleasant and very professional. She is definitely the greatest.
