“Upon entering our room (317) it was hot 80 F. I tried to cool it down. Went to front desk and asked how to cool it. She said "Open the window". Didn't work. Everything was the same until about 10:00 Pm. Several people checked into rooms around us and were very noisy. Running in the halls and lying around in the hall outside our room. After about 1/2 hour they went into rooms. Around 10:15 the smell of marijuana started entering our room. I went to front desk and complained and requested a different room. Clerk assigned us one floor below. She showed up outside our room with an Air Freshener and said she couldn't determine which room was smoking. All was quiet after we settled into new room. The room temperature was 70 F.”

“My husband and I moved into your Reid Drive apartments late last year. I have to say that the service provided by building management (Judy and her assistant Dan) is exemplary. Issues are dealt with promptly and the building is spotless at all times. Even through all of the work that has been going on this year, from balcony replacements to flooring replacements to painting, Judy and Dan have done a wonderful job at keeping everything running as smoothly as possible. We enjoy the quiet neighbourhood and the friendliness of the tenants and the staff. We would highly recommend Reid Drive apartments! Keep up the great work!”

The hotel room was decent - clean and spacious for a 2-queen room. Decor was perhaps a bit aged, but all in all it served its purpose well. For the price, I'd certainly come back.”

“We had a lovely room that featured an en-suite bathtub and lots of room to move about. The staff were nice and courteous. The room itself was clean and tidy when we got there. We had a plethora of soaps, shampoos, and other little goodies waiting for us. The complimentary in-room coffee machine was a bit questionable, but we had to leave at 4:30 a.m. so any caffeine was welcomed. My nit-picking gripes would be that our room didn’t have opaque drapes, they were only decorative drapery about two feet wide on either side. The drapes themselves were semitransparent toile, which is fine, unless your room overlooks a parking lot with cars coming and going, and bright overhead parking lights. And unfortunately we did not have access to the complimentary breakfast. I would have liked to try it, but it was served at six—the same time we were boarding a plane.”
