“This was our first time visiting this branch since previously using the Woodstock one. We did not end up finding what we needed. But happy with the service we received. Steve helped us find a Fridge that met our needs, but unfortunately it was about 3/4" too wide for our space. We put a down payment on to reserve and were able to get a refund without a hassle. He never made us feel like we were a lot of trouble, and was very motivated to help us find what we need. Other Staff members helped as well. They seem to work well as a team. It is nice to go to stores where customer service is such a priority. They have a packed showroom with many pretty furniture. We will definitely be back.”
