“Good customer care/rental agent team, very clean building (although apartment unit itself needed a clean by us upon move in), good renovations, spacious three bedroom unit, new appliances and friendly staff (as well as friendly tenants). Everyone is more than willing to help out around this building, and everyone has been accommodating as well. (We have a baby, and needed access to the accessible lift which was no problem). Very secure and safe building as well. We have had a good experience with this building and the management so far! *edited: have lived here since June 2018 and is now February 2019. Rent price is ridiculous for the lack of maintenance, cleanliness and work done around the building. Our apartment wasn’t even cleaned properly, and still smells like urine from the past owner and never having been cleaned properly.”
