“I drove by this place and was intrigued so I went in. I can honestly say that I don't think I saw anything in the store that I didn't like. The colours, material and textures of the garments are beautiful. I am however really disappointed that a large quantity of the garments are one-size-fits-all. That is so not true, especially for people who are on the petite side like myself and the staff that work in the store. It is due to that that I give the store a rating of 3 stars. That said I did find a pair of pants that were small enough to fit.”

I would always hear about it before I had my own baby but I didn't really know exactly what it entailed. It is amazing! “Recently obtained a used hot tub. Went to Protech (recommended by a friend) to purchase the required supplies. The staff was very helpful, taking the time to explain all of the procedures required to clean, and then refill and install the correct chemicals. They even went as far as to write everything out for me. When I returned home, I found that I did not have the instruction sheet with me. Later in the day I received an email (they had discovered the forgotten instruction sheet) from Nancy. She had taken the extra step to find my email address and send me those instructions. Now that's customer service!!”
