“Great place to buy plants! We always drive by this place and this is the first year we stopped by to check it out. Pandemic social distancing... they have Lots of space to move around and they give you masks to get in. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. They also have a variety of plants. But it seems like it is a busy season so the plants disappeared so fast this year. Plants seemed a bit pricey compared to the big retail stores but they have cool plants that the big stores don't have.”

“Recently obtained a used hot tub. Went to Protech (recommended by a friend) to purchase the required supplies. The staff was very helpful, taking the time to explain all of the procedures required to clean, and then refill and install the correct chemicals. They even went as far as to write everything out for me. When I returned home, I found that I did not have the instruction sheet with me. Later in the day I received an email (they had discovered the forgotten instruction sheet) from Nancy. She had taken the extra step to find my email address and send me those instructions.
