Our sales rep, Brad Stuart, was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions as we refined our design to ensure we got exactly the cottage of our dreams. Andy Kinsman, VP of Operations, ensured all our logs/beams and building materials got delivered when the builder needed it, and Andy also helped us with getting additional info for the permit approvals as/when the inspectors requested.
