Such an amazing instructor, you receive one on one personal training in a class setting in one of the most enjoyable classes I have ever had the pleasure of taking. Dennis takes time with each individual student to ensure that everyone understands what it is being taught and proper from is being used before introducing the next exercise. This class is a great workout and will teach you how to defend yourself in real life situations. As someone who came in with a solid background in Martial Arts, Krav Maga takes it to the next level. If you are interested in starting Krav Maga, then this is the place to go.”

“I recently had gum surgery that became infected. I was on my 3rd round of antibiotics and my dentist suggested I try red light therapy. Thank goodness I did. My infection healed and the surgery was a success. Even the oral surgeon was surprised by the positive outcome. Also when I was in the pod I was able to lift my arms over my head. Prior to that I found doing so to be quite uncomfortable. And I still have that improved mobility. I highly recommend red light therapy!”
