“There are so many factors to consider when you are choosing who to trust with a major backyard project. But, North American concrete out performed all of my expectations. Right from the start the customer service stood out compared to anyone else with whom I had dealt. Questions were always answered fully and promptly, without any of the long waits or unanswered emails that have become commonplace when dealing with busy contractors these days. Item by item, their product is second to none, with a 25 year warranty to back it up! However, the time they take and the skills they use to execute the job properly is what resulted in a patio that even impressed my teenage daughters, which is not an easy feat. It looks incredible. I’ll be proud to have friends and family over to see it. The hard working crew that completed the job was courteous, friendly, and exceedingly helpful. They left a clean job site behind and the crew supervisor was even available by phone when I had a couple of questions I’d forgotten to ask. “I stopped by a lot I sit in the parking lot if there's dogs in the cages outside and just look at the mall and say hi to them you feel sorry for them when they're all locked up like that but I've been inside too before and it's a nice place and they do look after the animals really well but you can stop by anytime once the Cove it's over to go in or you can do what I do and go see the dogs that are in the cages outside enjoying the fresh air”

“Nice people took me in before appointment time , fast to load ,the docks are on Raleigh ave . You will have to back up from the street , it’s a narrow road but not too busy . The docks are indoor take your time to back up . They have a washroom for driver use .over all good people and good experience picking up .”
