Right from the start the customer service stood out compared to anyone else with whom I had dealt. Questions were always answered fully and promptly, without any of the long waits or unanswered emails that have become commonplace when dealing with busy contractors these days. Item by item, their product is second to none, with a 25 year warranty to back it up! However, the time they take and the skills they use to execute the job properly is what resulted in a patio that even impressed my teenage daughters, which is not an easy feat. It looks incredible. She is very intuitive and in sink with your likes and dislikes and zeros in on a concept and colours and materials to produce the perfect design. The service by all the staff at Rocpal is very professional, courteous and timely. The cabinetry is extremely well made. The stone company they deal with does impeccable installation. The finished product is worthy of publication on design sites.”

“We had Groupa Concrete construct a concrete pad for a swim spa in our backyard. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the reaults.
