We used a van to get some furniture moved and had it all day driving about 300km back and forth and paid the same 20 bucks as if I'd only used it locally.
Great value but be prepared to show your insurance coverage on a non owned vehicle or the price does go up as you'll need their insurance.
But if you have your own, can provide it, and cover the gas, you'll have a good value rental that can't really be beat.
