Hertz

We had an emergency situation during the long weekend and needed a rental asap. Many places were closed or sold out of cars where we were. This hertz location in pickering was so friendly and accommodating and got us a car and saved us, and did so close to the end of their day too. Thank you so much for the help and great service.

Car was dirty upon pick up, check engine light came on before i left the lot, changed to another car. Was upgraded for free to a wrangler that I didn't want as it is heavy on gas and I work far away. Good prices compared to other rental companies and cheap fee to drop off at pearson compared to others. I would return if they keep their cars clean, maintained, and have more variety and options for their customers. Rep was a nice man.

The owner of this location is amazing!! Treated his customers with exceptional service! Car selection was great, and customer service went above and beyond! I will defiantly come back!
