(October 5, 2018, 4:35 pm)the Manager Chris called me the day before my reservation to tell me I MUST keep the car for 4 days! (not 2 like i reserved) and pay for it!!! Just because its a holiday weekend.... he called back later and was able to offer a much better option for the inconvenience, i must say he went above and beyond & i am very impressed
